Somewhere Mindful is a space where it’s safe to explore movement, breath, and meditation in a way that feels empowering, strong, and nurturing.
Energy arises from energy and we believe that begins in the breath, the body, and the mind. So although we are here to support our bodies, we are also here to share how these practices also support our mind.
Somewhere Mindful is not just a yoga space— it is a platform for mindful movement and living and JOY. Our belief is that joy should be at the center of what we do and share. We will encourage you through practices and our teachings to explore your own unique self - what feels right for you and your own JOY.
